Project Horseshoe Farm Community Health Fellowship & Internships Project Horseshoe Farm is a nonprofit serving communities the state of Alabama and locally in Pomona, California. This year-long Community Health Fellowship (June 2027 to July 2028) gives recent graduates hands-on experience supporting children, seniors, and adults living with mental illness while building leadership and professional skills. Flexible internships with free housing and an educational stipend are also available year-round for current undergraduate and graduate students. Fellowship priority deadline: October 25, 2026.
