Strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and support better alignment with controlled mat-based Pilates exercises. Using small equipment such as Pilates rings and focusing on mindful breathing, the class builds stability, balance, and total-body strength for every fitness level. SPRING 2026 APRIL 1 - MAY 26 Mon: 5:00 - 5:45 p.m. (SRC North - MPR A) Wed: 7:30 - 8:15 p.m. (SRC North - MPR A) Cancellations & Modifications: - No classes Mon, May 25 (HOLIDAY) JUNE 1 - JUNE 9 Mon: 5:00 - 5:45 p.m. (SRC South - MPR E) Wed: 7:30 - 8:15 p.m. (SRC South - MPR E) Registration opens five days prior to the selected class date. If you are unable to attend the class, please cancel your registration to provide other patrons an opportunity to attend. For more information about group exercise classes, contact fitwell@ucr.edu.
