This choreography-driven, ab-sculpting, core strengthening program puts a new spin on Pilates. With creative elements of mindful movement and upbeat tunes, your workout will have you dancing on the mat throughout the entire class! SUMMER 2026: JUNE 25 - SEPTEMBER 10 Thurs: 7:30 - 8:15 p.m. (SRC North - MPR A) Registration opens five days prior to the selected class date. If you are unable to attend the class, please cancel your registration to provide other patrons an opportunity to attend. For more information about group exercise classes, contact fitwell@ucr.edu. POLICIES & ETIQUETTE: To ensure a positive and respectful environment during group fitness classes, patrons are encouraged to arrive early. Please limit phone use during class to avoid distractions for yourself and others. Lastly, please be respectful, courteous, and mindful of instructors, staff, and fellow participants to maintain a focused and enjoyable environment for all.
