With a focus on functional abdominal movements and targeted lower body exercises, this session will sculpt and strengthen your abs and glutes like never before. Get ready to unleash your full potential and achieve your fitness goals with this dynamic and effective class. SUMMER 2026: JUNE 22 - SEPTEMBER 7 Mon: 12:15 - 1:00 p.m. (SRC North - MPR A) Class Cancellations & Modifications: - No class Mon., Sept. 7 (HOLIDAY) Registration opens five days prior to the selected class date. If you are unable to attend the class, please cancel your registration to provide other patrons an opportunity to attend. For more information about group exercise classes, contact fitwell@ucr.edu. POLICIES & ETIQUETTE: To ensure a positive and respectful environment during group fitness classes, patrons are encouraged to arrive early.
