Personal and Professional Boundaries

A ComPsych webinar. Registration is required via the UC Learning Center (ucrlearning.ucr.edu). Interpersonal boundaries are present in all relationships, both personal and professional. This topic involves recognizing when boundaries are problematic (too porous or too rigid) and why people may struggle to set and maintain good boundaries. Participants will learn techniques to effectively communicate boundaries and understand approaches to address and resolve internal obstacles to setting limits experiencing healthy productive relationships.
