Join EHSRM on June 17th for a series of guided stretch breaks, led by our Workstrong Coordinator Ed Marchall. On the top of the hour at 11:00am, 12:00pm, 1:00pm, 2:00pm, take 1-3 minutes to move your body, reset your focus, and protect your long-term health. Sign up and you'll receive a hourly reminder to join the zoom for the live (virtual) guided stretch break with Ed. Each break will last about 5 minutes. You'll also get access to a tool you can use anytime at your desk! Sign up to get the zoom link and reminders!
