Turn up the music and power up your workout! This innovative class combines the rhythm and excitement of Zumba® with targeted strength-training intervals to help build lean muscle, improve endurance, and support total-body fitness. Get ready to dance, lift, and feel stronger every class. SUMMER 2026: JUNE 22 - AUGUST 31 Mons: 6:15 - 7:00 p.m. (SRC North - MPR A) Cancellations & Modifications: - Class cancelled Mon., Aug. 3 Registration opens five days prior to the selected class date. If you are unable to attend the class, please cancel your registration to provide other patrons an opportunity to attend. For more information about group exercise classes, contact fitwell@ucr.edu. POLICIES & ETIQUETTE: To ensure a positive and respectful environment during group fitness classes, patrons are encouraged to arrive early. Please limit phone use during class to avoid distractions for yourself and others.
